Is there a free trial?
Yes — contact us for a 14-day trial on any Starter or Growth plan. No card required.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any point. Billing is prorated to the day.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
On Starter and Growth, you connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. On Enterprise, we can configure BSA Forge as the merchant of record.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes on Growth and Enterprise. You point your domain to our servers via CNAME and we provision SSL automatically via Cloudflare.
What's included in hosting?
All plans include hosting on our bare-metal Proxmox infrastructure in the UK. No cloud bill passed on to you.
Is BSA Forge GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored in the UK. We use EU-region Mailgun for email, and our privacy policy covers all BSA Forge tenants.
